The Mission of Project Rachel and Project Joseph is to help post-abortive women and men understand what took place with the abortion experience, and its impact on their lives and relationships. Struggles with sadness, anger, shame and regret can be overwhelming. These emotions can be crippling and prevent people from living life to the fullest.  Our goal is to accompany and assist people on this healing journey, free of judgement and condemnation, leading them on a path towards forgiveness, freedom and peace.

Project Rachel and Project Joseph is a safe and confidential place to talk about a past abortion.

This ministry offers women and men gentle guidance as they begin to process their grief from the loss of an unborn child. We offer a variety of services to suit individual needs and preferences. Participants are free to proceed at their own pace and are never pushed to share more than they are willing or able.

Our programs are Christ-centered, though we encourage all people, regardless of religious background, to participate.

Project Rachel/Project Joseph is a ministry sponsored by the Catholic Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, and the Diocese of Kansas City – St. Joseph in Missouri.

Christ came for all… “No one who comes to me will I ever reject.”  – John 6:37
